· Qualifications:
o Candidates CA Qualified/ CMA Qualified/ CFA Qualified/ MBA from a premium institute
o Excellent academic credentials for both undergraduate and graduate coursework
· Experience
o 0-4 years of relevant experience in business finance across consulting and/or industry roles, post qualification would be preferred
o Relevant work experience in business finance function under management consulting (big 4 or comparable) is appreciated
o Experience in establishing and managing comprehensive business finance function in industry is relevant and appreciated
o Exposure to consulting assets, methodologies, points-of-view, research or white papers, marketing collaterals etc. in the business finance domain or EPM technologies
o Prior experience or working knowledge of leading EPM solutions – SAC, Anaplan, Board, Oracle, Tagetik etc. is a plus
· Skills and Competencies
o Candidate should have delivered and managed multiple business finance transformation projects, across industries, geographies and on multiple EPM solutions
o Domain expertise in the following areas (representative list, not exhaustive)
§ Planning, budgeting and forecasting
§ Financial planning and analysis
§ Employee cost planning
§ Opex planning including IT cost, rent & leasing plans, selling and distribution cost planning and admin cost planning
§ Balance Sheet and Cash flow planning
§ Cash flow forecasting and liquidity plans
§ Rolling Forecast
§ Scenario planning and what-if analysis
§ Long range planning
§ Target setting
§ Shareholder value maximization frameworks including KPI management
§ Management reporting optimization
§ Dashboarding and self-service reporting
§ Costing framework design – Product costing, standard costing, activity-based costing
§ Cost allocation framework design
o Ability to challenge the status quo, deliver compelling and well-structured arguments for change and transformation
o Prior experience in managing teams and projects
o Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
o Willingness and ability to take initiative and learn independently
o Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products such as PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, Word etc.
o Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
o Willingness to travel - This role requires travel as per project requirements
