Your work profile

As a Consultant in our MCM Team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client we must ask RM team to check with us before they action on such business request:

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand CLM needs and document functional requirements. 
• Analyze existing contract processes and recommend best practices for automation and efficiency. 
• Define and document user stories, process flows, and functional specifications. 
• Configure CLM solutions based on business requirements, including templates, workflows, metadata, and rules. 
• Support end-to-end implementation, including design, testing, and deployment. 
• Work with technical teams to integrate CLM with third-party applications like SAP Ariba, Workday, Salesforce, SAP MDG, or Mulesoft. 
• Assist in data migration from legacy contract management systems. 
• Develop and execute test cases for functional validation and UAT. 
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues in coordination with technical teams. 
• Conduct user training sessions and create documentation (user guides, FAQs). 
• Provide hypercare support post-go-live, addressing user queries and system enhancements. 
• Collaborate with business teams to refine and optimize contract processes based on system performance and feedback. 
• Keep up with CLM industry trends and suggest improvements. 

Key skills required: 

• 3+ years of relevant experience in CLM
• Education: Any graduation degree + LLB is mandate , LLM , CS or other equivalent certification relevant to Compliance
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
