Work Profile

• Perform power system network studies and simulations for Transmission & Distribution (T&D) networks.
• Develop, validate, and analyze power system models using PSSE, CYMEDIST, or similar simulation tools.
• Conduct load flow, short circuit, contingency, voltage stability, and other network studies.
• Support planning, design, and optimization of electrical transmission and distribution systems.
• Analyze simulation results and prepare technical reports with recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with applicable grid codes, standards, and project requirements.
• Assist in troubleshooting network-related issues and recommend technical solutions.
• Maintain simulation models and ensure data accuracy for network studies.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in power system engineering.
• Strong understanding of the power sector, particularly Transmission & Distribution (T&D) systems.
• Hands-on experience with PSSE, CYMEDIST, or other power system simulation software.
• Experience in conducting power system studies, including load flow, fault analysis, and contingency analysis.
• Good knowledge of electrical network modeling and grid operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
