Job Title: Java Developer

Job Overview: We seek a skilled Java Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will develop, implement, and maintain Java-based applications and software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze user needs and design efficient, scalable solutions.

Qualifications and Skills:

1.      Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

2.      Proven experience of 3-7 years as a Java Developer with a strong understanding of Java fundamentals.

3.      Proficiency in Advanced Java, Springboot, Hibernate & ORM.

4.      Knowledge of microservices architecture is must and write Microservices in SpringBoot application.

5.      Knowledge of MSSQL relational databases.

6.      Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is added advantage.

7.      Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

8.      Strong communication and collaboration skills.

9.      Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1.      Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java applications.

2.      Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and develop new features.

3.      Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

4.      Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.

5.      Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.

6.      Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

7.      Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.

8.      Work closely with solution architects/Technical Leads and Project managers to meet project milestones.
