The team

As a member of the Operations Transformations team you will embark on an exciting and fulfilling journey with a group of intelligent and innovative globally aware individuals.

We work in conjuncture with various institutions solving key business problems across a broad-spectrum roles and functions, all set against the backdrop of constant industry change.

Your work profile

Bachelor’s or advanced degree in computer science or engineering/technology related degree or data-intensive programs such as applied mathematics, economics, physics or statistics 

• Data Scientist (great at Computer Vision and regular AI/ML (tabular data)  
• Professional experience as ML Engineer/Data Scientist: Experience can be in machine learning, deep learning, data modelling, optimization algorithms, network analysis, in professional and production settings for multiple projects. 
• Professional experience of using either PyTorch, Tensorflow, or Keras. 
• Strong proficiency in wrangling datasets through Pandas, Dask or other Python based data science libraries. 
• Strong fundamentals in solving analytical problems with various algorithmic solutions. 
• Demonstrable experience in end-to-end system design: data analysis, feature engineering, technique selection & implementation, debugging, and maintenance in production. 

Good to have: 

• Relevant field experience in the development sector via non- profits or at various levels of Indian governance is a plus. 
• Knowledge of GIS (GeoPandas, Shapely, PyQGIS, Arcpy) is a plus. 
• Working knowledge of SQL is a strong plus
