Job Title:  Consultant | Digital Government | Delhi | Operations, Industry & Domain Solutions

The Consultant will support the design and implementation of large-scale family registry / civil registration systems for government or public sector clients. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to strengthen population data management, improve service delivery, and enable data-driven governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Support requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design for family or population registry systems
• Assist in policy, process, and technology assessments related to civil registration, identity, and social programs
• Contribute to functional specifications, business cases, and implementation roadmaps
• Coordinate with government stakeholders, implementation partners, and internal Deloitte teams
• Support data governance, interoperability, and change management activities
• Prepare stakeholder presentations, reports, and project documentation

Desired Profile

• Experience in public sector, digital government, or large IT transformation programs
• Exposure to registries (family, population, civil, or beneficiary databases) is preferred
• Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary, fast-paced consulting environments
