Past experience of working as Business Analyst in digital implementation projects, B.Tech/BE degree in Computer Science or Information Technology. OR • A degree in Master of Business Administration / PGDM

• Ability to act as an interface between the technical team and business team, understanding business requirements and communicating them to the tech teams, documenting requirements, acting as internal clients to supervise functional testing

• Experience of creating user stories, process flow diagrams, validate wireframes/ mockups with UX designers. Ability to define test conditions to validate the development & quality of the application

• Ability to demonstrate the functionalities to key business users. Ability to do interdependency analysis and impact assessment on other business process,
