- Develop and maintain detailed financial models for infrastructure projects (greenfield and brownfield).
- Analyze project cash flows, funding structures, tariffs, subsidies, and returns.
- Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to assess financial risks and sustainability
- Assist in financial due diligence for infrastructure transactions and privatization initiatives.
- Conduct sector research on infrastructure regulations, government policies, and financing mechanisms.
- Benchmark projects against domestic and international best practices.
- Prepare analytical inputs for policy notes and reform recommendations.
- Prepare client-ready reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior government stakeholders.
- Coordinate with technical, legal, and economic advisors to deliver integrated solutions.
- Support meetings, workshops, and consultations with public-sector clients.
- Perform project feasibility studies, cost–benefit analysis, and value-for-money (VfM) assessments.
- Aviation and tariff regulation experience will be an added advantage.
