Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications
- Translate business requirements and user needs into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
- Create user flows, journey maps, and information architecture
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders
- Maintain and enhance design systems and UI guidelines
- Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into designs
- Ensure consistency in design across platforms and products
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–8 years of proven experience in UI/UX design
- Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD)
- Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, and accessibility standards
- Experience designing responsive web and mobile interfaces
- Ability to present and explain design concepts clearly
- Strong attention to detail and visual aesthetics
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Good to Have
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS
- Experience in conducting user research and usability testing
