Education: B. Tech + M. Tech in Computer Science / Engineering (or equivalent)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Technology Lead who combines deep full‑stack engineering excellence with the ability to own and drive mission‑critical systems. This is a high‑impact, high‑expectation role for technology lead who still think and operate like principal‑level engineers. You will be responsible for architectural rigor, code quality, delivery excellence, and technical mentorship, while shaping systems that serve at scale.

Expectations

1.    Own end‑to‑end design and delivery of complex, full‑stack systems

2.    Lead backend development using modern server‑side technologies and microservices

3.    Drive frontend architecture using React.js or Angular

4.    Build and evolve high‑quality REST APIs

5.    Mentor and raise the overall engineer and development team bar

6.    Lead through technical credibility and hands‑on involvement

Must‑have skills

1.    Strong backend engineering experience (Node.js / Python / Go or equivalent)

2.    Frontend expertise with React.js or Angular

3.    Solid fundamentals in JavaScript, HTML, CSS

4.    Experience with MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB

5.    Strong use of Git, Docker, CI/CD and modern engineering practices
