Your work profile

·      Requirements Gathering: Interpret business needs and map them to Oracle Fusion Financial Modules.

·      Configuration & Implementation: Set up General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management (CM).

·      Solution Design: Develop functional specifications, design documents, and configure setups like chart of accounts, ledgers, and tax rules.

·      Testing & Support: Create test scripts, perform Unit/System Integration Testing (SIT), and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

·      Data Migration: Use tools like FBDI (File-Based Data Import) to migrate legacy data to Fusion Cloud.

·      Training & Documentation: Prepare user manuals and conduct training sessions for end-users.

 Key skills required

• Experience: 2–5 years of experience in Oracle Fusion/EBS ERP, with at least 1–2 full lifecycle implementations.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree or related fields
• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM) and understanding of O2C (Order-to-Cash), P2P (Procure-to-Pay), and R2R (Record-to-Report) cycles.
• Tools: Knowledge of BI Publisher, OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence), and data migration templates (FBDI/ADFDI).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
• Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
