Your work profile Summary: We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Financial Consultant with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion Financials. The candidate should possess strong functional knowledge of finance processes and Oracle Fusion Financial modules, with the ability to interact with business stakeholders and deliver effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to finance processes.
  • Configure and support Oracle Fusion Financials modules such as:
  • General Ledger (GL)
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Fixed Assets (FA)
  • Cash Management (CM)
  • Expense Management
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis and provide solution recommendations.
  • Support end-to-end implementation, testing, UAT, and deployment activities.
  • Prepare functional specifications and process documentation.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for customizations, integrations, and reporting requirements.
  • Troubleshoot functional issues and provide post-go-live support.
  • Deliver user training and knowledge transfer sessions.

Required Skills

  • 3-5 years of Oracle Financials experience, including Oracle Fusion Cloud.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
  • Experience in Oracle Fusion Financials implementation and support projects.
  • Knowledge of financial reporting, period close processes, and accounting principles.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Security, BPM workflows, and FBDI/ADFDI uploads is preferred.
