Role Overview
As a Consultant, you will collaborate with internal and client teams to deliver high-quality solutions that exceed client expectations. You will play a key role in analyzing processes, leveraging emerging technologies, and driving operational excellence in shared service centers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement work plans in collaboration with internal and client teams.
- Analyze technology and process footprints of shared service centers; identify opportunities to expand reach and control.
- Assess the impact of technologies in areas such as Data, Cloud, and Emerging Tech; assist in setting up operating models for programs involving these technologies.
- Identify risks and challenges in program execution and propose mitigation strategies.
- Conduct operational analysis, gather data, brainstorm options, and recommend solutions.
- Perform market research and provide actionable insights to client teams.
- Communicate findings, recommendations, and status updates effectively through written and oral channels.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 0–2 years of consulting experience in shared services, technology, or process improvement.
- Exposure to Data, Cloud, and Emerging Technologies is a plus.
