Job Title:  Consultant | GPS | Delhi | Operations, Industry & Domain Solutions

The Data Strategist will carry out the following responsibilities:

1. Data Analysis & Reporting

·      Collect, clean, and process data from national health information systems (HMIS, IHIP etc.).

·      Conduct statistical and trend analysis of key health indicators.

·      Provide analytical inputs for flagship programmes (e.g., NHM, ABDM etc).

·      Produce monthly, quarterly, programme reports are required.

·      Identify disparities across states and districts in health outcomes and service delivery.

2. Data Visualisation & Communication

·      Develop interactive dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent open-source tools.

·      Translate complex data into actionable insights and accessible formats for decision-makers.

·      Prepare data briefs, info graphics, and presentation materials for national-level meetings.

3. Data Integration & Systems Improvement

·      Facilitate integration of datasets across different health platforms (e.g., HMIS, NCD etc.

·      Recommend enhancements to data collection forms and reporting templates.

Coordinate with IT teams on improving database structures, access, and interoperability
