Your work profile

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop education-led urban development models (townships, clusters)
• Conduct spatial, economic and sectoral analysis
• Identify high-potential land parcels and growth corridors
• Support integrated land-use & infrastructure planning
• Prepare implementation-ready planning frameworks & toolkits
• Assist in policy formulation for urban and infrastructure development
• Contribute to concept notes, reports, and strategic documents

• 2. SME – Regulatory
• Role Overview:
• Leads planning and regulatory alignment for education ecosystems and infrastructure development.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Plan university townships & knowledge-driven economic zones
• Conduct integrated land-use, infrastructure & regional planning
• Align education ecosystems with industry and economic corridors
• Develop frameworks for research parks & innovation clusters
• Prepare land suitability and infrastructure development plans
• Support governance structures (SPVs, authorities, monitoring systems)
• Work with government bodies, institutions, and multi-stakeholders

Education – B.tech/MBA

Experience – 3 to 8 years

Location - Delhi
