Job Title:  Consultant | Government Advisory | Delhi | Operations, Industry & Domain Solutions

There are 3 distinct positions. Qualification and JD of each is mentioned below

Position 1 - Consultant – Project Management and Coordination BE /BTech/MCA and MBA (or any equivalent full time management program of at least 12 months) Minimum 4 years of professional experince;

Prior experience in Sports Domain preffered ( not mandatory), Previous experience of working with Central/ State Governmnet Department preferred ( not mandatory)

JD

1.Support in maintaining integrated master list and component-wise work breakdown structures of all Khelo India components along with integration with Assistance to National Sports Federation Scheme

2.Develop framework for MYAS, SAI, State Directorates, Federations, partners and vendors for implementation of various Khelo India components

3.Integrate work process with finance, procurement, legal, engineering, and IT division of MYAS and SAI for seamless delivery of the scheme

Position 2 - Consultant – Stakeholder and Communications BE /BTech/MCA and MBA (or any equivalent full time management program of at least 12 months) Minimum 4 years of professional experience;

Prior experience in Sports Domain preffered ( not mandatory), Previous experience of working with Central/ State Governmnet Department preferred ( not mandatory)

JD

1. Stakeholder mapping (national/state/district), engagement plan and partnership frameworks (NSFs, schools, universities, corporates etc.).
2. Support in garnering responses from stakeholders towards BPR
3. Develop systems for information dissemination
4. Track responses received
5. Help draw a pattern across responses from stakeholders
6. Apprise stakeholders on the importance and purpose of this initiative, etc.
7. Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders (project sponsors, functional leaders, field teams) to facilitate ownership and sustainability of change efforts

Position 3 - Consultant – Change Management and Capacity Building BE /BTech/MCA and MBA (or any equivalent full time management program of at least 12 months) Minimum 4 years of professional experince;

Prior experience in Sports Domain preffered ( not mandatory), Previous experience of working with Central/ State Governmnet Department preferred ( not mandatory)

JD

1. Support in change management and capacity building initiatives for implementation of Khelo India components at MYAS and SAI Headquarters
2. Lead the development and execution of comprehensive change management strategies, plans, and roadmaps aligned with BRP project goals
3. Design and implement communication plans to ensure clear, consistent messaging that drives adoption
4. Monitor and measure change outcomes and make data-driven recommendations to course-correct as needed
5. Promote cross-functional collaboration to support integration of change and capacity efforts into wider project delivery
