6 Yrs. of experience in IT enablement projects, Mobile Technology / IT Hardware and Network Infrastructure

Job Description

Experience: Minimum 10 years in large project implementations in IT transformation/e-Governance projects (Insurance domain preferred).

 - Lead end-to-end design, development, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise applications for the Insurance vertical.

- Manage large IT transformation and e-Governance project implementations, ensuring timely and quality delivery.

- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Oversee application architecture, integrations, security, and performance optimization.

- Manage vendor coordination, project plans, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and status reporting.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and audit standards relevant to insurance sector applications.

- Lead, mentor, and guide technical teams to ensure adherence to best practices and standards.

- Conduct reviews, testing oversight (SIT/UAT), and ensure smooth rollout and post-implementation support.

Minimum Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. in CS/IT/other stream plus M.E./M.Tech/MBA from a recognized institution.
