Your work profile

Implementation and Configuration:

Lead the design and implementation of Oracle EPBCS/PBCS solutions.

Configure and customize Oracle EPBCS/PBCS to align with business requirements.

Develop and maintain models, templates, workflow, security, dashboards, and reports within Oracle EPBCS/PBCS.

• Business Analysis:

Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and requirements.

Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.

Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial planning and budgeting processes.

• Support and Maintenance:

Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle EPBCS/PBCS solutions.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle EPBCS/PBCS applications.

Perform regular updates and upgrades to ensure the system's efficiency and effectiveness.

• Training and Documentation:

Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective use of Oracle EPBCS/PBCS.

Develop comprehensive documentation for system configuration, processes, and procedures.

• Collaboration and Communication:

ü Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and other business units.

ü Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver solutions.

Key skills required

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on order management, supply chain, or related enterprise systems. Experience on MAO, Sterling OMS, BY OM, Fluent Commerce will be preferred.
Demonstrated experience leading requirements elicitation and specification for complex functional areas.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Strong collaboration across business and technical stakeholders.
Exposure to testing lifecycle and UAT execution preferred.
Experience with Agile delivery methods and tools (Jira, Confluence).
