Job Description – Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM) Engineer (2-4 Years Experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support AssetLifecycle Management (ALM) processes across development, testing, and production environments.
• Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment activities.
• Administer source code repositories using Git/GitHub/Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth application releases.
• Support release management, change management, and deployment planning activities.
• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot deployment or environment-related issues.
• Maintain technical documentation and deployment procedures.
• Participate in SDLC activities including requirement analysis, development, testing, and production support.

Required Skills

• Programming: C#, SQL, Python, JavaScript
• ALM & DevOps: Azure DevOps, Git, GitHub, CI/CD Pipelines, Release Management
• Backend Technologies: .NET Core, ASP.NET, REST APIs
• Databases: SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL
• Tools: Docker, Postman
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodology, and DevOps practices

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure.
• Knowledge of containerization and deployment automation.
• Exposure to AI/ML, RAG pipelines, or MCP integrations is an added advantage.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in ALM, DevOps, or Software Development roles.
