HR Consultant
Role: HR Consultant Experience: Minimum 5 years Location: New Delhi Type: Immediate Joiner
Key Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in HR consulting or HR functional roles.
•
Strong background in HR policy formulation, process design, and organisational structuring.
•
Experience working with government, public-sector, development sector, or large corporate clients preferred.
•
Excellent communication, drafting ability, and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities:
•
Develop, review, and update HR policies, SOPs, and frameworks.
•
Support the client with workforce planning, role rationalization, and HR process improvements.
•
Conduct HR audits and recommend improvements.
•
Work closely with leadership to institutionalize HR best practices.
•
Prepare reports, policy documents, and advisory notes.
