• Post Graduate in Science, Arts or equivalent

• B.Ed / M.Ed will be an added advantage 

• Minimum 8 years of experience of work as a consultant 

with teaching learning process

• Experience in quality education, Gender Education, 

pedagogical aspects in Early Childhood Education,

• Experience in teacher trainings and assessments in 

central / state government projects.

• Should have knowledge of Education Indicators, 

Learning Outcomes & relevant parameters of education. 

• Should be able to design and analyse learning assessment 

surveys/studies like NAS, SLAS etc. 

• Should have detailed understanding of all the programs/ 

activities of Samagra Shiksha

• Should have knowledge of procurement 

• Should have proficiency in Microsoft office (Word, 

Excel, Power point)
