- MBA/Post Graduate degree in economics/social sciences/public administration/Masters or Post graduate diploma in business management from national/ international premier institutes with at at least 3 years experience in working with central/state govt. in program management/project management/strategy domain.
- The candidate is expected to lead end to end project planning and execution of large scale govt. initiatives ensuring alignment with policy and timelines.
- The candidate shall be required to develop strategic frameworks and implementation roadmaps for government clients to enhance decision making and public service delivery.
- Should have proven track record in managing senior government stakeholders, research, and synthesizing insights into reports and presentations.
- Should be open to travel to client locations anywhere in India or abroad based on the client needs.
