Your work profile

The professional shall be responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of complex environmental consultancy projects, specifically within the Solid Waste Management (SWM) sector. Serve as the primary technical and administrative point of contact for government agencies, Urban Local Bodies (ULBs), and international funding institutions like The World Bank and ADB, ensuring all programs are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with national environmental standards. This role blends strategic business development with high-level technical analysis to drive sustainable waste solutions and business growth.

 Key skills required: 

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Management, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in Program Management, Account Management, or Client Delivery roles
• Proven experience managing complex programs or large enterprise accounts
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a proven track record of working effectively within a team environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in consulting, or managed services environments
• Exposure to global delivery or multi‑geography teams
• Experience working with government stakeholders
