As a Consultant in the Rewards team, you will support and lead client engagements focused on designing and implementing total rewards strategies. You will work closely with senior consultants and managers to deliver high-impact solutions in broad-based rewards, incentive design, and pay benchmarking.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design and delivery of compensation strategies including base pay structures, variable pay programs, and long-term incentives.
- Conduct market benchmarking
- Assist in developing job architecture, leveling frameworks, and career paths.
- Analyze compensation data and model financial impact of proposed changes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on performance management and rewards enablement.
- Prepare client deliverables including reports, presentations, and dashboards.
- Stay updated on regulatory developments (e.g., labor codes, SEBI guidelines) impacting rewards.
- Contribute to thought leadership and internal capability building.
