- Position Title : Sr. Consultant (Commercial Contracting & Business Ops)
- Experience Required : 8 – 12 years

- Shift Timing : 1 – 10 PM
- Job Purpose : Lead the sales Contracting team to be both a valued business partner to Sales team and also be the custodians of the sales contracting process
- Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure robust commercial contracting process by working with Sales and Legal team to review and sign off Commercial terms on all contracts before executions
- Ensure that all required inputs are shared with Sales reporting team on a timely, accurate basis around contract renewals/pricing amendments/attrition
- Ensure the team booking sales order in salesforce system timely, accurate manner
- Provide timely and accurate inputs into the Revenue and billing team at month end
- Manage the Salesforce adoption/adherence by the Sales Team, working to support their usage and understanding of requirements and reporting
- Seek opportunities to implement process changes to improve efficiency across the business
- Coordination with internal auditors, statutory auditors for timely closure of audits
- Provide strong Leadership, development and mentoring to the contracting team
- Key Competencies :
- B.com (H)/BBA + MBA
- Proved track records in commercial and contracts management role
- Ability to manage, motivate and develop the team
