Work you’ll do

In our Assurance (A&A) team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations.

Domestic/India Laws and Compliances

• Carry out regulatory research and identify applicable regulations and compliance requirements thereunder to advise clients on their compliance obligations.
• Development of manuals detailing out compliance obligations for client’s business operations.
• Demonstrate good legal analysis skill and be able to interpret the provisions of the law from a pragmatic compliance obligation point of view
• General understanding of regulatory requirements and legal provisions applicable to various industries in India

Global Laws and Compliances.

• Able to identify and track relevant global legislative updates across various law areas.
• Client coordination
• effectively delivering client deliverables and ensure high quality of work product.
• creating compliance obligation registers and updating the same.
• collaborate with cross functional teams and assess risk across various business processes.
• Coordinating with team members, setting project goals and monitoring the progress.
• summarizing relevant portions of legislative updates
• Extensive experience in legal research queries and conducting audit reviews.

Qualifications

• LLB mandatory, Additional: Global Law qualification
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Should be open and honest in communication with clients and colleagues
• Fluency in written & verbal English.
