We are seeking a Business Analyst with experience in climate, sustainability, and ESG initiatives to gather business requirements, analyze data, and support strategic decision-making. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to define business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and translate climate-related regulations and sustainability goals into actionable business solutions. The candidate should have expertise in data analysis, reporting, KPI development, and climate risk or carbon management frameworks. Strong skills in requirement documentation, stakeholder management, and tools such as Excel, Power BI, SQL, or Tableau are essential. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and communication abilities, with 3–8 years of experience in business analysis and exposure to climate, sustainability, ESG, decarbonization, or environmental reporting projects.
