Data Technology and Analytics uses innovative tools to analyze vast amounts of data in order to proactively or reactively identify opportunities for revenue enhancement, cost optimization, risk mitigation and strategic advice for our clients. The group specializes in electronic data sourcing, optimization, analysis, interpretation, prediction and modelling.

We work as an extension of our Deloitte member firms’ analytics practices and provide dedicated support throughout the project lifecycle. Your work profile

As a Senior IBM Maximo Consultant / Architect, you will play a key role in leading enterprise asset management (EAM) transformation initiatives by designing, implementing, and optimizing IBM Maximo solutions across large-scale programs. You will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to drive asset lifecycle excellence, operational efficiency, and digital transformation through IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) and related technologies.

This role requires strong IBM Maximo functional and technical expertise, hands-on experience delivering large-scale implementations, and the ability to provide strategic architecture guidance while engaging directly with client leadership teams.

In this role, you will:

• Lead requirements gathering and solution design workshops with business stakeholders.
• Design and implement IBM Maximo Asset Management (EAM) and Maximo Application Suite (MAS) solutions.
• Configure business processes, workflows, security, and system administration within Maximo.
• Support asset lifecycle management, work order management, and asset performance management initiatives.
• Implement preventive and predictive maintenance processes.
• Configure inventory and procurement management capabilities within Maximo.
• Design and support integrations between Maximo and enterprise applications.
• Lead data migration activities including mapping, validation, and deployment support.
• Support testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.
• Provide architectural guidance, solution recommendations, and Maximo best practices.
• Work directly with client stakeholders and leadership teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Key skills required: 

In order to be considered for the role, your competencies should cover enterprise asset management transformation, solution architecture, and IBM Maximo implementation experience, leveraging your professional background and skills such as:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10+ years of relevant IBM Maximo experience.
• Proven experience delivering 5–6 or more full lifecycle IBM Maximo implementations.
• Experience leading large transformation programs.
• Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and client-facing experience.

• Must have:
• Deep expertise in IBM Maximo Asset Management (EAM).
• Hands-on experience with Maximo Application Suite (MAS).
• Strong knowledge of Asset Lifecycle Management processes.
• Extensive experience in Work Order Management.
• Expertise in Preventive and Predictive Maintenance solutions.
• Experience with Inventory and Procurement Management within Maximo.
• Strong understanding of Asset Performance Management (APM).
• Experience configuring Workflows, Automation Rules, and Business Processes.
• Expertise in Maximo Security Administration and Access Controls.
• Strong experience with Data Migration, Data Quality, and Data Governance initiatives.

• Good to have:
• IBM Maximo certifications
• Experience with AI-enabled asset management solutions and modern asset performance initiatives.
• Experience across asset-intensive industries such as Utilities, Manufacturing, Energy, or Transportation
• Knowledge of cloud-based Maximo deployments
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies
