    Your work profile

     The primary role of the Senior Consultant is to support the IT & Data workstream in post-merger integration and large-scale tech transformation programs, with a focus on digital transformation, data management and migration, including business-aligned data model design. The role will involve working closely with business stakeholders, Process SMEs and IT teams to ensure that data structures, migration activities, and governance processes are aligned with business requirements during ERP implementations, system integrations, or carve-outs.

     

    The primary responsibilities of current role may include:

    • Lead end-to-end IT M&A engagements covering due diligence, integration planning, Day 1 readiness, TSA management, and post-merger value realization.
    • Assess IT landscape, applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and operating models to identify risks, costs, and synergy opportunities.
    • Develop IT integration and separation strategies, target-state architecture, and transition roadmaps.
    • Manage cross-functional stakeholders, PMO governance, budgets, risks, dependencies, and vendor coordination.
    • Track synergy realization, integration progress, and business value delivery across acquired entities.
    • Support executive decision-making through strategic assessments, business cases, and integration recommendations.

     

    Key skills required: 

    • A strong and demonstrated interest in IT M&A/ consulting experience with 5 - 10 years of relevant experience in tier 1 IT firm
    • Prior experience in driving client engagements and programs. Experience in dealing with clients on a day-to-day basis and managing client interactions independently.
    • Excellent academic credentials for both undergraduate and graduate coursework.
    • Strong advanced excel skills.
    • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Willingness and ability to take initiative and learn independently.
    • This role involves travel.

    • It will be an year fixed term contract on payrol of Deloitte and then on basis of performance can do further evaluation on conversion or contract extension .
