Job Title: Deputy Manager | North | Assurance National Leadership
Responsibilities:
- Identify and gather useful information from relevant and authentic sources and use available databases efficiently.
- Comprehend how the client’s business works and good understanding of industry and its sectors.
- Effectively manage multiple tasks according to the level of urgency and importance
- Incorporate financial information and good understanding of financials statements.
- Plan and execute a project to deliver a superior client experience.
- Ensure digital data stores and systems of record are managed effectively and in line with corporate standards and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with business regarding a range of client data types and data issue resolutions.
- Liaise between the different functional teams, leaderships and Information Systems for contact data management activities and obtain their inputs.
- Supports creation of executive level reports in PPT and Excel typically for Deloitte leadership
- Outstanding research, analytical and quantitative aptitude, as well as advanced attention to detail, are required for success in this role.
- Develops expertise using Deloitte reporting tools and systems, such as SAP.

Skills Required
- Data mining / Data Analytics / Company research / Internal coordination and data base management / Dashboarding for MIS.
- Power-point for creation of executive level presentations, and familiar with Access. Should be able to effectively use other commonly used software, such as Word and Outlook, in completion of ork.
- Experience in handling huge amount of data points and in reporting of data metrics.
- Working knowledge of secondary research and other research tools available in market.
- Confident and clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with a diverse range of individuals across all levels and across the globe.
- Experience in providing training (remotely or in-person) to a diverse group.
- Has a basic understanding of financial accounting (income statements, balance sheets, cash flows) and financial and operational metrics/KPIs (Key performance indicators) used in professional service environment.
