Your work profile

We are looking for a Regulatory & Compliance Specialist with strong experience in corporate laws, regulatory compliance, and transactional support. The role involves providing advisory and compliance support under the Companies Act, FEMA regulations, and Labour Codes, while ensuring adherence to evolving regulatory requirements. The candidate will also support transaction-related activities, including due diligence and drafting of legal documentation.

 

  • Provide end-to-end regulatory advisory and compliance support under the Companies Act, FEMA regulations, and Labour Codes.
  • Ensure timely compliance with applicable corporate and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct and manage legal and regulatory due diligence for transactions, investments, and restructuring activities.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents, agreements, and other commercial contracts.
  • Support clients and stakeholders on regulatory matters and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and advise on their impact on business operations.
  • Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies for approvals, filings, registrations, and clarifications (preferred).

 

Key skills required: 

  • Qualified Company Secretary (CS) is mandatory.
  • LLB qualification will be an added advantage.
  • Relevant experience in corporate law, FEMA compliances, regulatory advisory, and transactional support.
  • Strong drafting, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and work in a dynamic environment.
