Job Title:  Deputy Manager | Third Party Risk Management | Delhi | Cyber Strategy & Transformation

Role Overview

Seeking a Deputy Manager to independently manage cyber strategy and governance engagements while mentoring junior team members. The role requires strong client-facing capabilities and project management exposure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cyber maturity and enterprise cyber risk assessments
• Drive ISO 27001 implementation programs end-to-end
• Design and review policies, standards, SOPs, and governance frameworks
• Lead TPRM advisory and vendor risk assessments
• Conduct and oversee Information Security audits
• Implement and enhance Cyber GRC frameworks
• Develop proposals, solution decks, and support business development
• Manage stakeholder interactions across regions including the Middle East

Required Qualifications

• B.Tech / B.E (Computer Science / IT) / BCA
• 4–6 years of relevant cybersecurity consulting experience
• Strong exposure to ISO 27001 implementation, NIST CSF, regulatory frameworks
• Experience in proposal writing and client solutioning
• Certifications preferred: CISA, CISM, CISSP, CRISC, ISO 27001 LA/LI

Preferred Profile

• Experience in Big 4 or leading consulting firms
• Ability to manage multiple engagements
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Open to travel (domestic & international)
