Your work profile

·      As Consultant in our Cyber Team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations.

·      Manage and operate data protection tools including DLP, Data Discovery & Classification, DAM, and DRM solutions.

·      Monitor security alerts and investigate potential data leakage, unauthorized access, and policy violations.

·      Perform incident triage, analysis, resolution, and escalation as per defined procedures.

·      Configure and fine-tune policies to improve detection accuracy and reduce false positives.

·      Support data discovery and classification initiatives to identify and protect sensitive data (PII, financial, confidential data).

·      Monitor database activities (DAM) and generate audit logs for suspicious or privileged access.

·      Maintain and enforce data protection policies, controls, and SOPs.

·      Generate reports on incidents, trends, and tool performance for stakeholders.

 

Key skills required: 

·      Minimum of 2+ years of experience in data protection tools

·     Hands-on experience in:

·      DLP tools (Microsoft Purview, Symantec, Forcepoint, etc.)

·      Data Discovery & Classification tools

·      Database Activity Monitoring (DAM) (e.g., Guardium, Imperva)

·      DRM / Information Protection solutions

·      Understanding of data protection lifecycle and security controls

·      Knowledge of sensitive data types and regulatory requirements (DPDPA, ISO 27001, etc.)

·      Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·      Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

·      Education - Bachelor's degree in information technology, or a related field

·      Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
