Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Market Leadership
- Originate and convert opportunities with utilities, developers, investors, and government stakeholders
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline; own revenue and margin targets
- Lead proposal development, commercial structuring, and contract negotiations
- Develop go-to-market strategies in priority areas (e.g., decarbonization, power markets, clean fuels)
- Strengthen client relationships at CXO / senior bureaucrat level; act as a trusted advisor
2. Engagement Delivery & Client Impact
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex advisory engagements (strategy, policy, techno-commercial, market design)
- Provide strategic direction, problem structuring, and quality assurance across projects
- Ensure timely delivery, profitability, and measurable client outcomes
- Bring sector expertise in areas such as energy transition, renewable integration, grid modernization, and emerging technologies
