Your work profile

• Drive business development initiatives by leading RFPs and proposal development in collaboration with cross-functional teams, alliances, and service lines.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships beyond project delivery, identifying opportunities for repeat business and growth.
• Lead large-scale transformation programs and complex, cross-functional engagements, ensuring successful delivery.
• Drive solution design and implementation, ensuring high-quality outcomes within defined timelines and budgets.
• Engage with C-level executives and senior leadership to understand strategic priorities and business challenges.
• Lead executive presentations and discussions, translating complex concepts into clear, actionable strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs across target clients within the sector/service line.
• Manage project financials including WIP, billing, collections, and adherence to financial governance standards.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire teams of consultants, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.

Key skills required: 

• Candidates CA Qualified- 1st Attempt preferred (Strong Articleship) / MBA from a premium institute / CPA/ ACA/ ACCA/ CIMA/ CFA or equivalent
• Excellent academic credentials for both undergraduate and graduate coursework
• 10-14 years of relevant experience across consulting and/or industry roles, post qualification would be preferred
• Prior experience managing end to end client engagements and programs
• Prior experience in managing teams
