Your work profile

• Lead large-scale Oracle Fusion engagements across Finance, SCM, and cross-functional enterprise transformations.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of global Oracle Cloud programs, ensuring strong governance, quality assurance, and risk management.
• Act as a trusted advisor to client executives and onshore leadership, managing high-impact stakeholder relationships and steering committees.
• Provide thought leadership on Oracle Fusion Financials, SCM, and enterprise architecture, including EBS to Cloud transformation strategies.
• Own and support go-to-market initiatives including RFP responses, solution design, estimations, and pursuit execution.
• Build, scale, and lead large global delivery teams (50+ FTEs), fostering collaboration across offshore and hybrid models.
• Manage delivery financials including revenue, margins, scope control, and commercial compliance.
• Drive capability development through certification programs, upskilling, and adoption of emerging technologies like GenAI and automation.

Key skills required

• 15 years of experience in Oracle Fusion / Oracle Cloud Applications with deep expertise in Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM).
• Strong experience in leading large global delivery programs and managing distributed teams.
• Proven track record in Oracle EBS to Oracle Cloud transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of delivery governance, Agile/hybrid methodologies, and risk management frameworks.
• Experience in client engagement, stakeholder management, and executive-level communication.
• Exposure to multiple domains such as SCM, HCM, or EPM is preferred.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience in managing program financials and contracts.
• Demonstrated leadership in talent development, capability building, and driving organizational growth.
