Your work profile

As a Director in our Cyber Team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

 

  • Lead/handle a portfolio of client engagements focused on Data Privacy, including conducting Gap Assessments, drafting of policies, reviewing of data protection clauses, and related areas
  • Assess clients' Data Privacy posture, aligning it with their specific environment and business requirements
  • Architect and deploy various Privacy Automation tools to meet complex business needs
  • Provide strategic recommendations to optimize existing technologies and implement new policies to mitigate data leakage risks
  • Develop roadmaps, operating models, policies/standards, tool designs, and process documentation
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on data privacy initiatives

 

Desired qualifications  

·      Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or a related field.  

·      10-15 years of experience in data privacy

·      Ability to conduct end to end data flow analysis, privacy readiness assessments, privacy risk assessments, performed Privacy Impact Assessments, created personal data inventory, ROPA, conducted gap assessments and remediation plans

·      Impart Data Privacy awareness

·      Ability to create presentations and engaging content for leaders participating in industry conferences

·      Consulting or Big 4 experience is advantageous

·      Strong communication, presentation, and team management skills

 

Location and way of working  

•     Base location: Delhi / Gurugram

•     This profile involves frequent travelling to client locations
