As an Director in our T&T Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

 

Role Summary:

As a Director, you will play a critical role in shaping client strategy, driving business growth, and leading large-scale consulting engagements. You will be responsible for managing client relationships at the executive level, overseeing multiple projects or programs, and contributing to the firm’s thought leadership and market positioning.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee multiple complex client engagements or large programs.

 

Build and deepen relationships with C-suite and senior client stakeholders.

 

Develop and execute business development strategies, including proposal creation and client pitching.

 

Manage and mentor senior managers and Associate Directors, fostering leadership within teams.

 

Collaborate with partners and executive leadership to drive practice growth and innovation.

 

Deliver high-impact insights and strategic recommendations aligned with client business goals.

 

Oversee financial management of projects including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability.

 

Ensure compliance with Deloitte’s quality standards, risk management, and governance policies.

 

Required Qualifications & Skills:

15+ years of consulting experience with progressive leadership roles.

 

Proven success in managing large, multi-disciplinary teams and complex projects.

 

Exceptional client management and business development skills.

 

Deep expertise in your consulting domain (strategy, technology, operations, human capital, etc.).

 

Strong strategic thinking, communication, and negotiation abilities.

 

Track record of driving revenue growth and expanding client portfolios.

 

Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) or relevant professional certifications preferred.

 

Preferred Attributes:

Established reputation as a thought leader in your domain.

 

Experience working in global/matrixed organizations.

 

Ability to influence at senior executive levels both within Deloitte and client organizations.

 

Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
