Hiring: SAP senior professional / Director

A leading Big 4 firm is looking for an experienced SAP professional to drive large-scale SAP transformation programs and lead strategic client engagements.

Key Requirements:

• 15+ years of experience in SAP consulting and delivery leadership
• Strong experience leading large SAP transformation programs including S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, and managed services
• Deep expertise across Supply Chain and core ERP processes (MM, SD, PP etc)
• Proven track record in delivery governance, program management, risk management, and quality assurance
• Experience managing senior client stakeholders, steering committees, and executive governance forums
• Strong people leadership with experience building and scaling high-performing SAP teams
• Commercial acumen including solutioning, RFP responses, deal shaping, and growth support

Preferred:

• Experience in Big 4 / tier-1 consulting environment
• Exposure to global delivery models
