This role manages development teams, collaborates with business stakeholders, ensures delivery of high-quality software solutions, and drives continuous improvement across application development processes and technologies.
Key skills required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of application development experience.
- 3+ years of experience leading software development teams.
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and SDLC processes.
