The team

The Enabling Areas – Information Technology team is responsible for building & maintaining different applications for Deloitte that focuses on providing employee experience.

Your work profile

• Proficiency in Salesforce platform concepts and development (Apex, Visualforce, Salesforce Lightning).

• You will design scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and integrations
• Need Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL and Extensive experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, Flows, Approval process and declarative tools
• You will develop third party system Integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms
• Experience with DevOps tools: Git, CI/CD, Salesforce DX
• You will Provide architectural guidance for Sales Cloud, CPQ Cloud and Custom apps and review code and enforce Salesforce best practices, security standards, and compliance

• You need to Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Stakeholders to define requirements and translate business needs into technical designs and implementation plans to Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of Salesforce releases.
• You will manage CI/CD pipelines, sandbox strategy, and release governance to ensure data integrity, performance optimization, and error handling

• Guide to data migrations and large-scale Salesforce transformations

• Guide team to enforce development standards as per CMMI 5 level as naming conventions, and documentation and manage technical debt and drive ongoing platform optimization to ensure compliance with Salesforce security model, sharing, and access controls

• Proven experience managing and mentoring Salesforce development team and working in Agile/Scrum environments

Key skills required

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Strong foundation in system design, data architecture, and enterprise applications

Any Salesforce Certification:

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I 
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II
• Experience or certification in REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware

Location and way of working

• Base location can: Delhi/Pune/Mumbai
• This profile involves occasional Mumbai travelling once IT/Leadership called for.
• Hybrid is our default way of working. 2/3 Days per week mandate to come office.
