Your work profile
Key Responsibilities:
Project & Business Support:
- Support high-impact strategic and operational projects to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Assist in designing and implementing practical solutions to address project and business challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, IT, HR, and Business Operations to support initiative execution.
- Help track project milestones, monitor progress, identify risks, and support mitigation actions.
Operational & Analytical Support:
- Provide operational support including meeting preparation, coordination of initiatives, and development of briefing materials.
- Assist in reviewing and improving operational processes and internal procedures.
- Perform data analysis related to headcount, revenue, billing, collections, cash flow, and working capital.
- Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports independently, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Presentation & Communication Support:
- Develop clear and impactful PowerPoint presentations for leadership and stakeholder discussions.
- Translate data and analysis into simple, structured insights and visual summaries.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and ways of working.
- Support implementation of efficiency improvements across projects and operations.
Key skills required
Desired Skills & Competencies
Data Analysis & Tools
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel for financial and operational analysis and modeling.
- Ability to analyze data sets and convert them into meaningful insights.
- Exposure to tools such as Power BI, Tableau, VBA, Python, R, or Alteryx is an added advantage.
Thinking & Problem Solving
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and take ownership of deliverables.
- Structured problem-solving approach with a willingness to learn and adapt.
Communication & Collaboration
- Good PowerPoint skills with the ability to create clear, professional presentations.

Desired Qualifications:
- Graduate degree (B.Com / BBA) or CA (Inter) or any other relevant finance qualification from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institution. Professional certifications such as CA / CIMA / ACCA / ICWA / CMA will be an added advantage.
OR
- Master’s degree in Finance / Business Administration / Economics or a related discipline.
