The team

As a member of the Operation, Industry and domain solutions team you will embark on an exciting and fulfilling journey with a group of intelligent and innovative globally aware individuals.

We work in conjuncture with various institutions solving key business problems across a broad-spectrum roles and functions, all set against the backdrop of constant industry change.

Your work profile

• Undertake transport planning and feasibility studies for infrastructure projects, with focus on urban mobility, railways, multimodal logistics, and aviation connectivity.
• Conduct traffic demand assessments, transport modeling, and route alignment studies using relevant tools and methodologies.
• Contribute to the development of integrated transport plans, multimodal logistics strategies, and last-mile connectivity solutions.
• Prepare high-quality technical reports, presentations, and planning documents for government agencies, urban local bodies, and multilateral stakeholders.
• Conduct stakeholder consultations with government bodies, industry representatives, and local authorities to gather insights for planning and design.
• Lead secondary research, data collection, GIS mapping, and analysis of transport trends, usage patterns, and infrastructure gaps.
• Manage small project teams, ensuring quality and timeliness in delivery, while addressing issues proactively.
• Demonstrate strong analytical, project coordination, and communication skills, and contribute to end-to-end project execution.

Skill Required

• 3-4 years of consulting experience in Transport & Logistics Sector
• GIS and Transport Modelling skills are must
• Big 4 experience is preferred.

• Masters in Transport Planning
