Job Title: Enabling Area - Reputation & Risk Office - Manager - Delivery Excellence
Expected Role
- Manage and co-ordinate with multiple stakeholders within the firm (Business specific risk teams, client facing teams etc.) to implement innovative QRM (Quality and Risk management) solutions
- Identify need for technological interventions and work with relevant in-house teams to automate key risk and quality processes within the firm
- Identify key contractual risks and scope related risks in specific opportunities and assist teams in developing mitigation plans
- Strategically analyze key risk and quality parameters and present the insights/findings to leadership at regular intervals
- Lead learning and development activities for supporting risk and quality management across the firm
- Performs additional duties as assigned
Educational and experience requirements
- Post-graduate, preferably in any quantitative discipline (such as Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science or Economics)
- At-least 08 years of work experience in the areas of strategic Planning, data analytics, Process optimization, Leadership management etc.
- Having advanced knowledge on Microsoft tools – Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint
- Experience of supporting technology teams in development of tools
- Good communication and relationship management skills
- Experience in risk and quality management is preferred
