Title: Deputy Manager
Location: Gurgaon
The Team
Deloitte India is looking for a Deputy Manager to join our Alliances Marketing team and also manage key chamber relations of the firm. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing innovative marketing strategies to support our strategic alliances with key partners. The role also requires you to manage Industry and Chamber relations of the firm. This includes designing and running campaigns in association with chambers, ensuring positioning at key chamber events and managing knowledge partnerships and sponsorships.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong understanding of technology marketing, excellent content creation skills, and the ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of Deloitte India through impactful marketing campaigns, thought leadership content, and partner engagement.
We are looking for an action oriented marketing professional with proven experience in developing branding, marketing strategies and building analyst relations. Strong expertise in planning and coordinating marketing initiatives while supporting lead generation activities and driving Partner relations programs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns that promote Deloitte’s alliances with key partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Create compelling content for various platforms including Deloitte website, social media, email campaigns, case studies, blogs, whitepapers, and reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, business development, leadership) and external alliance teams to design and deliver co-branded marketing assets.
- Support content development for video interviews, media interviews, and storyboarding for video content.
- Drive joint marketing initiatives with strategic partners, including webinars, events, and other promotional activities.
- Help in creating marketing collaterals (e.g., brochures, infographics, presentations) to support campaigns and enhance brand visibility.
- Assist in managing the lead generation process, tracking the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives, and optimizing for better results.
- Engage with internal stakeholders and alliance partners to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of joint marketing efforts.
- Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify new marketing opportunities within the technology space.
- Reporting and Dashboards: Create detailed reports and dashboards to track the performance of marketing initiatives, measure KPIs, and provide insights for optimization and future campaigns.
- Drive priority chamber activations aligned with our chamber strategies, and manage tactical plans for internal and external eminence though events and Chamber engagements
- Coordinate with Chambers for placement of Deloitte’s subject matter experts across key events and positioning them in key chamber committees
- Email Marketing Tools: Utilize tools like Marketo, Eloqua, or similar platforms to manage and optimize email marketing campaigns, ensuring successful execution and lead nurturing.
- Vendor and Operations Coordination: Collaborate with the operations team for invoicing, purchase orders, and tracking marketing budgets. Manage external vendors and agencies for campaign execution and creative assets.
- End to end management of events and post-event analysis
- Support the larger marketing team on need basis
- Maintain Partner Marketing team relations

Requirement: We are looking for you…apply if you…
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- 5 - 6 years of experience in marketing or sales excellence, with a focus on technology marketing or working with strategic alliances.
- Strong content creation skills with experience writing for multiple platforms including social media, email, case studies, blogs, and whitepapers.
- Strong understanding of alliance marketing and sales funnel
- Ability to design and create marketing collateral; proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar design platforms is a plus.
- Familiarity with technology platforms and understanding of tech industry trends.
- Experience with lead generation, campaign management, and performance tracking.
- Proven ability to manage external vendors and agencies to deliver high-quality marketing campaigns.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a cross-functional environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
