The Team

Data Management team is responsible for maintaing data and conducting industry research, analysing findings, presenting them in both written and PowerPoint documents, collaborating with multiple senior stakeholders within the firm.

Your Work Profile

• Act as a Local admin to maintain/ amend data via ticketing tool in Salesforce.
• Liaise between different functional teams and global team to get end users issues resolveduse Workbench, Data Import Wizard and Data Loaders to mass upload data
• Create and manage campaigns, contacts and tagsUser activation and change in user setup profiles
• Prepare business specific reports for data governance and data cleansing
• Impart Salesforce Training to new joiners and refresher sessions for existing joiners
• Prepare and release communication for changes made in Global CRM for business usersIncrease in adoption and usage of Salesforce CRM among business users
• Maintaining and updating Global websiteFacilitate problem resolution by coordinating between Local and Global CRM

Key Skills Required

• Post Gradute 
• 1 - 2 years + PG
• Excel, Stakeholder Management, Good Comms, CRM Platform (Jupiter), Managing Queries from Stakeholder, Reporting, Campaign Mgt (Pref. Not mandatory).
• Exp in Salesforce Usage (End User), Data Governance Reports, can provide training to juniors.
