The team 
 

The Information Technology department is responsible for building products and platforms for Deloitte India that focuses on providing extraordinary customer experience by putting design thinking with trailblazing technology in the center of what they do. The diverse team consists of subject matter experts, technology specialists, quality engineers, user experience researchers & designers, data scientists and product managers 

 
 

Your work profile 

 

As a Process Quality Assurance AM, you will play a vital role in ensuring the consistent quality and efficiency of our processes compliant with ISO 420001-2023.

Your primary responsibility will be Implementation of ISO 42001 framework across projects and functions and ensure compliance with AI risk, ethics, and governance requirements

Experience 46 years in Quality Assurance (IT industry)

  

Key Responsibilities: 

 

  •  Implementation of ISO 42001 framework across projects and functions.
  •  Define, document, and institutionalize AI governance policies, processes, and controls
  •  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with AI risk, ethics, and governance requirements
  •  Conduct thorough and systematic internal audits of various processes to ensure adherence to established quality standards and compliance with requirements.
  •  Provide training and support to team members to ensure consistent understanding and application of quality
  •  standards. Conduct awareness sessions and trainings on ISO 42001 and quality practices
  •  Lead root cause analysis efforts to address process deviations, recommend corrective actions, and track the
  • effectiveness of solutions.
  •  Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, driving the enhancement of processes to achieve higher levels of efficiency and quality.
  •  Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices related to process quality assurance.
  •  Knowledge of standards like CMMI, ISO 270001, SOC and Statistical analysis will be an added advantage.

 
Desired qualifications 

  • Any Graduate with relevant experience. BTech and BE degree will be an added advantage
  • Proven track record of 48 years in process quality assurance or a related role in IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies, process improvement frameworks, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in using quality management tools and software.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
  • Detailoriented mindset and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Ability to adapt to a fastpaced, evolving environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

 

Location and way of working 

  • Base location: Mumbai, Delhi 
  • This profile does not involve extensive travel for work.
