The Enabling Areas – Information Technology team is responsible for building & maintaining different applications for Deloitte South Asia that focuses on providing employee experience.
Your work profile
As a Process Quality Assurance AM, you will play a vital role in ensuring the consistent quality and efficiency of our processes compliant with ISO 42001-2023.
Your primary responsibility will be Implementation of ISO 42001 framework across projects and functions and ensure compliance with AI risk, ethics, and governance requirements
- Implementation of ISO 42001 framework across projects and functions.
- Define, document, and institutionalize AI governance policies, processes, and controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with AI risk, ethics, and governance requirements
- Conduct thorough and systematic internal audits of various processes to ensure adherence to established quality standards and compliance with requirements.
- Provide training and support to team members to ensure consistent understanding and application of quality
- standards. Conduct awareness sessions and trainings on ISO 42001 and quality practices
- Lead root cause analysis efforts to address process deviations, recommend corrective actions, and track the effectiveness of solutions.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, driving the enhancement of processes to achieve higher levels of efficiency and quality.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices related to process quality assurance.
- Knowledge of standards like CMMI, ISO 27001, SOC and Statistical analysis will be an added advantage.
Skills required
Experience ‐ 4‐6 years in Quality Assurance (IT industry)
Desired qualifications
- Any Graduate with relevant experience. BTech and BE degree will be an added advantage
- Proven track record of 4‐8 years in process quality assurance or a related role in IT industry.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies, process improvement frameworks, and best practices.
- Proficiency in using quality management tools and software.
- Excellent analytical and problem‐solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross‐functional teams.
- Detail‐oriented mindset and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
- Ability to adapt to a fast‐paced, evolving environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Base location: Delhi, Mumbai
- This profile does not involve extensive travel for work.
