The team 

The Information Technology department is responsible for building products and platforms for Deloitte India that focuses on providing extraordinary customer experience by putting design thinking with trailblazing technology in the center of what they do. The diverse team consists of subject matter experts, technology specialists, quality engineers, user experience researchers & designers, data scientists and product managers 

Your work profile 

As an Assistant Manager in our IT Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: - 

We are looking for a talented UI Designer to craft visually appealing and user-friendly digital experiences. You will work closely with UX designers, product managers, and developers to translate requirements into engaging interfaces. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Design visually engaging and intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications. 
• Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and developers to ensure seamless user experiences. 
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI mockups. 
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components. 
• Optimize existing UI designs based on user feedback and usability testing. 
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging UI design patterns, and best practices. 
• Ensure consistency in branding, typography, color schemes, and design elements across all platforms. 

Key Skills: 

• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar. 
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy. 
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design. 
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus. 
• Familiarity with design systems and UI component libraries. 
• Ability to work with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation. 
• Creativity and problem-solving mindset. 
• Strong attention to detail. 
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. 
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 

Desired qualifications 

• Graduation in Fine arts 
• Graduation from Design School/college or any other adjacent institution. 

Location and way of working 

• Base location: Delhi 
• This profile does not involve extensive travel for work. 
• Hybrid is our default way of working. Each domain has customised the hybrid approach to their unique needs.
