The Team

As a part of RRO delivery excellence team, you’ll be working with stakeholders across the firm in the areas of data analytics, data management, research and reporting etc.

Your Work Profile

• Collect, organize, and validate data from multiple sources for reporting and analysis
• Create presentations for internal stakeholders
• Prepare MIS reports and dashboards to track key metrics and trends
• Perform data analysis using Excel, graphs, and pivots to generate actionable insights
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather data and follow up on information requests
• Document basic requirements for process improvements and assist in implementation
• Take on additional tasks as assigned by the team

Key Skills Required

• Post-graduate, preferably in any quantitative discipline (such as Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science or Economics)

• At-least 2 - 5 years of work experience in the areas of data analytics, data management, research and reporting etc.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel including Lookups, If Loops, Pivot Tables, Charts etc.
• Ability to create PowerPoint Presentations
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Power BI is a Plus
• Willingness to learn new tools and adapt to evolving processes
